Call Keith…and have ZERO doubt that you will have all of your mortgage questions properly answered and he will stay in constant contact with you with honest communication. I use to work with Keith before the market took a dive back in 2009. I chose to change professions but Keith persevered through the tightening down of mortgage guidelines and has continued to be an amazing broker! Keith was such a mentor to me when I worked with him that I returned to have him write my loan when I was finally able to purchase a duplex near the end of 2013. What I respect most about Keith and why I used him is that he does not sugar coat the process or any hiccups that may happen with lenders throughout the mortgage process and answered every question – even the daily calls when I was bugging him as to whether or not the loan had been approved, funded, etc.. (The worst thing you can experience is not being able to get in touch with your loan officer and getting excuses instead of answers when you have important questions about one of the largest purchases in your life.) Keith has the ability to choose the lender that is right for your loan – which I learned is not just a clever pitch – not all big bank lenders are the same and many times the lender you may never have heard of will be the best! We ultimately wrote my loan with a small lender and it was immediately sold back to a large lender – so quickly my first payment was to the large lender. Keith PRECISELY answered my questions as to how to purchase my property – using one side of the duplex as my primary residence and using the potential rental income from the other side to help qualify for my loan. In speaking with my primary bank, I was misinformed about being able to leverage the potential income to qualify for a loan and without Keith assuring me I could and writing the loan properly – I would not own my place now! I consider Keith a friend and as I mentioned, he is a former co-worker…but I would not be writing this review if I didn't believe he is one of the best in the business and I will definitely be using Keith on my next purchase (which he just helped advise me on how to clean up my finances so that the future loan file submittal is as clean as possible)! Keith was exceptional in working with us throughout the entire process for purchasing our new home. Every step of the way he was very responsive with a close attention to all the details. We wholeheartedly recommend working with him if you are in the process of buying a new home.

We had a pretty long first home-search, and Keith was instrumental in helping us build a strong foundation for the purchase, from the pre-approvals, to the offers we made, to the final close on our new home. His responses to our inquiries (which were many, as we were first-timers) were always thorough and extremely quick, which impressed us greatly. Some people do one of those things, some people do neither, but rarely do you find people that do both, and those people are the kind you can count on when things need to move quickly and easily to be successful.

As time went on during our search, our mortgage requirements changed, and Keith made those transitions very smooth and painless (or at least as painless as possible, when it comes to these types of things). His knowledge of where we stood, where we wanted to be, and how to get there was invaluable.

We would absolutely recommend working with Keith and would not hesitate to work with him in the future.
